Brooklyn -- My daughter and I were walking around Williamsburg, Brooklyn on my first trip to the East Coast and I saw this scene with the billboard. It just seemed perfect to me. This is when Williamsburg was just starting to blow up and it had one foot in the old and a toe in the new.
